[Music] The mentality of “We’ve always done something a certain way.” They don’t want to change now. They have another program and they are comfortable with the way that they work, and they don’t really care potentially if it could bring them more value. A lot people will come and say, “My project’s moving too fast. I don’t have time to learn something new.” And so that’s what we have to tackle: the behavior of people thinking that learning something new is an obstacle for them, when it’s actually we’re trying to do something better for them. It’s always difficult when you’re trying to gain buy-in from management to have the metric to tie back to.

The ROIs are critical when you get to a senior level. A lot of it is just proving the business benefits. Rather than just taking a white paper that you read online and saying, “But it works.”.
