Guns of Glory: The Spirit Mines – Update 1.5 – Howtoshtab – how to, lifehacks, tips and tricks

Hello guys and welcome back to another developer update. Today we will be talking about the new update 1.5 and the Spirit Mines feature! These Spirit Mines were created by the Cardinal and will mix both PvE and PvP aspects of the game into one fun and exciting new feature. So with that said, let’s get started! In the Spirit Mines your ultimate goal is to collect as much Crystals as possible. But of course, there is a bit more to it than just that.

Your Expedition into the Mines is divided into two parts: The exploration, which is more PvE and strategy-oriented. And the gathering part, which is more PvP-oriented. Let’s start with the exploration first! You can access the Spirit Mines from your Estate next to the Doctor’s Lab. From there, you will be able to access the first floor and fight against your first Monster. Here is some useful information about PvE battles here: 1/- The March capacity is based on your Castle level and your current PvP benefits. 2/- Troops wounded or killed will not affect your Estate troops. 3/- Lord and Airship buffs will apply in the Mines. At the end of the battle you will have a Battle Report stating two important pieces of information: – How many troops you lost, this will affect your March Capacity on the next floor.

– How many Ability Points you collected. These Ability Points will let you purchase specific Mines Benefits that will apply to your next fight. There are currently 19 different Benefits, but before you buy any, here is the useful information you should know about them: – You can buy only 1 Benefit per floor. – Each Benefit can only be purchased once. – Each Benefit will increase per floor. – Benefit cost increases per floor. To make it simple, each time you defeat a Guardian in the Mines, you will be able to purchase 1 Benefit, but be careful because this Benefit cannot be purchased anymore afterwards. The Benefits you didn’t purchase will increase with every floor. Let’s take the example of Infantry Health: After defeating the first Guardian, you can buy Infantry Health Benefits and receive an extra 5% buff. But if you decide to wait, after defeating the Guardian on the 2nd floor, the Infantry Health Benefit will now offer a 10% Buff.

Note that these rules do not apply to the Restore March Capacity Benefit. At one point you want to pick which floor you want to start gathering Crystals, so let me show you some more details on that. By clicking on the Mine entrance, you will be directed to a new tab where you can start gathering Crystals. Obviously the deeper you go into the Mines the more Crystals you can gather per hour. The level 1 & 2 Mining Areas are protected, which means you can gather safely there without other Lords disturbing you. The difficulties will come from level 3 and above… Upon entering a non-Protected Area, you will have to fight to claim a Crystal Mine. For this, simply select the Tile you wish to conquer, click on Attack and select your Troop Formation. Note these important points: – Winning the battle will let you claim the Tile and start gathering.

– If you lose the battle you will have recovery time added to your troops. – If the recovery time reaches 4 hours, you won’t be able to attack until cooldown reaches 0 again. If you can attack and conquer a Mine, it also means that you can be attacked and lose your Mine by other players. Here are some useful points regarding defense: – Losing the defense will kick you out of the Tile and you will lose some of the Crystals you already gathered. – You can reclaim your lost Crystals by taking Revenge and winning the battle. – You can take Revenge directly from the Battle Log in the Mining Area. This is why the Benefits of each floor you will buy are important; they can give you great advantages against your opponent, but be careful to not explore too much, because the lower you go, the more you can reduce your March Capacity. Also note that your current March Capacity in the Mine, will dictate your March Capacity in the Mining Area. Now that we have all these Crystals, let’s see how we can put them to good use! Once you have collected enough Crystals, you will be able to redeem them for great rewards! Tap on “Redeem” and scroll down the list to see the rewards.

Some rewards are only available once you reached a specific floor in the Mine. Rewards are also limited in quantity per day. You can simply choose the reward you want and exchange it for Crystals! That’s it for this feature guys, I hope you will master the Mines soon and make the best out of it!
