If you’re having problems seeing images in your emails in Outlook, then watch this short video on how to make those images load for you. I’m using Outlook 2010 but you should be able to follow along even if you’re using a different version than I am. One thing you can do is right-click on the missing image and manually download them but that only works for the email you’re viewing.
A better way to do it is to click on File at the top left corner. Then click on Options. A new window will pop up where you’ll need to click on Trust Center. Now click on the button labeled Trust Center Settings. On the next window, make sure you’re on the Automatic Downloads tab and simply uncheck the box that says “Don’t download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items”. Then click OK and then hit OK again. At this point, it looks like nothing has changed but go ahead and click on one of your other emails and you’ll start seeing all the images show up in your emails like you’d expect them to.
